Community Guidelines for Loupdin.com

Loupdin is a community built on authenticity, respect, and meaningful connections. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, we ask all users to adhere to these Community Guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

Loupdin is a place for positive and constructive interactions. We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threats.

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected status.

  • Personal attacks, insults, or intimidation of other users.

2. No Illegal or Harmful Content

Do not post, share, or distribute:

  • Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities.

  • Explicit, graphic, or violent material.

  • Content that exploits or endangers children.

  • Misinformation or deceptive content that could harm individuals or communities.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion

We encourage meaningful discussions but prohibit:

  • Excessive self-promotion, solicitation, or commercial advertising.

  • Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or disruptive content.

  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate engagement.

4. Respect Privacy and Personal Information

  • Do not share or solicit personally identifiable information of yourself or others.

  • Avoid doxxing, stalking, or any form of privacy invasion.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Only post content you have the rights to share.

  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property laws.

  • If you believe content violates your rights, report it to [email protected].

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Loupdin reserves the right to moderate and enforce these guidelines, which may include:

  • Warning or removing content that violates guidelines.

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of users who repeatedly violate policies.

  • Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

7. No Algorithms, No Ads

Loupdin does not use algorithms to manipulate content visibility. We do not serve third-party advertisements or track users for targeted advertising.

8. Child Safety Standards

We are committed to fighting any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), and Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM) with zero tolerance. Any content we deem to be CSAM/CSAE, related to inappropriate interactions with children, sexualization of minors, or any violent, inappropriate and/or pornographic content in general will result in the content being removed immediately, your account banned for life, followed by reporting you to the proper authorities dependent on your country of residence as well as the U.S. federal law enforcement. That includes your name, billing details and IP addresses.

9. Changes to These Guidelines

Loupdin may update these guidelines periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.
